• Tamoxifen comes in pill form or a liquid form.
• You take one pill every day, if possible at the same time.
• If you have the liquid form of Tamoxifen (i.e., Soltamox), follow the instructions from your doctor on how to take it.
• It is taken for 5-10 years.
