How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through either of the following methods:
Option 1: Web / Email Request (No App Access Required)
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log in, you can request manual deletion:
Send an email to ehtappscnslab@gmail.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request - HT Helper.
Include the following details to help us verify ownership:
Your full name
The registered email address or account ID associated with the app
Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
Types of Data Deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases:
Account Credentials: Username, password hash, and authentication tokens.
Profile Data: Full name, contact email address, profile preferences, and user settings.
App Usage & Progress: Stored educational progress, completed modules, user history, and personal activity logs.
Data Retained & Retention Period
In compliance with legal, regulatory, and security obligations, certain limited data may be retained after account deletion:
Financial & Transaction Records: In-app purchase history or payment receipts will be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
Anonymized Aggregated Data: Non-personally identifiable usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for quality control and system performance analysis (this data cannot be linked back to individual users).
Security & Fraud Prevention Logs: Security logs containing IP addresses or authentication attempts may be held for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
